Accreditations & Partnerships

AVIDE is nationally accredited by the government of Côte d’Ivoire to offer technical and professional degrees: these are designed to help the students be immediately operational after their university education.

The Institute was granted centre status and accreditation in 2014 by the UK’s “NCC Education” (formerly known as the National Computing Centre), “a leading awarding organisation of British education... that offers range of qualifications in IT and Business to a global network of centres and provide support for you to deliver these qualifications to your students.” (NCC website).

NCC Education is recognised by The Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) in the UK as an awarding body. Ofqual regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England, to ensure that all students receive the highest standard of education.

NCC Education has over 70 partner universities around the world that allow for progression routes after Foundation Year, Level 4, and Level 5. Some partners can be found here.

After every successfully completed year, the student is given an official certificate and transcript from NCC Education, recognized by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (OfQual) in the UK. A sample certificate for Level 7 is presented below.
When completing the degree, in Cote d'Ivoire, the degree will be delivered by a British university. Below is a sample of the degree delivered by the University of Central Lancashire, which is awarded after completing the Level 6 Top-Up degree in Business Computing and Information System.

AVIDE Education has also establised a partnership with AIESEC that will allow it to become an AIESEC special unit. As a special unit, AVIDE will be able to provide the services that AIESEC provides (finding internships and volunteer opportunities to students, guiding prospectives through the application process, etc.) on its own.
